It's clean!! An it is taco Bell so don't expect anything great jus cheap food
The usual Taco Bell. This one had a more friendly staff than is my normal experience but the food was as expected. Bathrooms were very clean. Dining area was clean and an employee was constantly cleaning it and restocking the condiments and napkins. Nice view from inside.
I bought 3 chalupas, 3 sizes of guacamole and 3 of sour cream. I am very upset with my purchase, very poor preparation service, just put meat, the preparation of guacamole and sour cream is really unfair I pay for something that is not worth it. It's nothing with which the commercials advertise very bad service should put better preparation service like those in other tacobell center. Here a proof of the purchase I made. I had not touched anything yet.
It takes way to long to get your food there. My family went through the drive-thru and ordered a cravings deal box and when we got home found out they didn't put any meat at in the food. It was to far to drive back to Cherokee and show them since we live in Sylva. Since it takes them so long to make your food and get it to you, they should take that extra time making sure it's right. I've been there several times and the wait time from order to getting your food is usually around 30-40 minutes. That's way too long.
Very grubby place. Dried cola coating the floor area in front of the registers. Crusted up debris on the tables, floors, and condiment station...yuck. The folks were pleasant and hustling to get orders made. Ours was accurate, but the portion for each of our 10 tacos was significantly inconsistent.
