This place is the MOST wonderful place...and SOOO clean!!!
We have stayed there many times. Its our favorite campground around Cherokee summer or winter.
This is a very nice little Park there is a river between the park and Highway 74, at night I did not hear the highway, on the other side of the park is a set of railroad tracks that are only used by the Smoky Mountains Scenic Railroad, a steam-powered locomotive that only runs in the daytime and is a treasure to see if you like steam powered engines
First class hosts and campground. Wonderful setting!
We camped for a week with friends here. The scenic views all around us were so captivating. The staff were most gracious hosts, and one night they invited all the campers for "Chili Night". We all cannot wait to plan our next getaway to the mountains and stay here.
